Good afternoon guys,
I have been trawling a well known auction site looking for seats and harnesses. I have found some good deals for harnesses but some of them have the rotary buckle bit I cant find anything on here that says they are IVA friendly.
Any thoughts guys

Isn't the buckle area exempt? I did question this before as a friend of mine put some scratch harnesses into his exige and had to use push button ones for the mot. He thought the aero style buckle wasn't mot friendly.

Prima use a rotary buckle and they are IVA approved (http://www.primamotorsport.com/prima_motorsport_products/kit_car/kit_car_harness.html).

I should probably qualifiy that further as I got my harnesses delivered by Prima today  .

Prima ones are approved because they are FIA approved and VOSA now recognise FIA approval so to be on the safe side, belts with an aerostyle buckle would need to be FIA or BS3254 approved to be sure of a pass.

Hi Arfon,:)
I got mine from Prima as well and considering they are custom made to what you require they are well worth the money IMO...
Prima worked with VOSA to get them accepted so should have no problems with SVA.;)
