Hi all,
again getting to far ahead (in my head - planning).
I want to use an electronic speedo, what are the options??
Do I take a drive from the mechanical output on the gearbox (T9)? If not do I need to blank it?
What are others using?

Usually the simple method of an electronic speedo is a sensor mounted to a front hub to count the rotations and then you programme the speedo with the circumference of the tyre.
I don't think you need to blank the output on the t9.

If you mount the sensor on the front hub @ the IVA they wont be able to check the speedo as they only work off the driven wheels unless you have FWD.

Burton sell an adaptor and sensor to fit the type 9 - a bit pricey thought ....
