Just spoken to Ash on the phone.
It wasn't the dodgy bleeding nipples.
It looks like a dodgy bleedin caliper

Spent ages this afternoon trying to bleed the system
But still had a soft pedal.
Ended up blocking off each pipe at a time till we got a hard pedal.
Front right was the culprit. Still not sure what was causing it though.

Thing to try if you have pedal problems,if you have rubber brake hoses clamp them gently and see if the problem goes away,if not put your foot on the brake with it clamped and get someone to release the clamp and see if the pedal moves, good indication of air in the system.

front drivers side caliper isnt playing ball. have removed it and capped off the flexy hose and the other 3 brakes are rock solid. am going to strip down the caliper tomorrow and see what the problem is.

if it cant be fixed then im after a replacement front drivers side caliper.

Sorry to hear that mate. Don't suppose you have an HNC in mechanical engineering do you? We're trying to recruit at the moment.

Best of luck.
