Hi guys,
I got my bodywork from Fabby t'other day and the stuff looks handsome!
Offered up my rear pannel to the rear of my chassis and I could not seem to get the 2 to line up at all? Does the rear pannel require cutting down abit to fit?

Hi Jas,

have you made the rear of your chassis as per book? if you have then you need to remove the round tubes of the rear frame & put in a "new" lower spar,
there is a thread discussing how i did mine in the bodywork section, ( sorry don,t know how to do a linky)

also you need to cut the grp to follow the shape of SB1 / CP5 / D11, look at my thread "Big Day" for photos of the rear tub area to explain what i mean :o :D

cheers

Cheers for the replys guys!

I haven't put in the tubeular rear tub supports.

Been out most of this afternoon trying to solve this one, And its catching on the Side supports (SS1), soooo, tomorow, im going to take them away, fit the rear tub, then put them in under the profile of the rear tub! Hopefully, problem solved!

Cheers again, Jas

Jason,

If you look at the file I attached in the previous post you will see that the SS1 plates are not there. You don't need them with the GRP rear end. Just cut them off.

Cheers

Gus
