Just started on the megajolt wiring today and as per instructions i wired up all the edis components first to make sure it runs before connecting the megajolt

My problem is that i dont know which terminal is positive on the vr sensor(crank position sensor)

Apparently It needs to be correct unles the coil wont fire, the instuctions say look at the remaining wire on the sensor and edis module match up the colours to establish the polarity but my sensor is new and didnt have any wire on it!

I know what each pin on the edis does so anyone know how to establish which terminal is + on the sensor?

Right here goes

Sitting here with an uncut EDIS module loom, vr sensor & wiring diagram

The + wire is pin 6 of the EDIS Blue/Green

The - wire is pin 5 of the EDIS Blue/Yellow

Now the difficult part

With the VR wire & plug in my hand, Socket facing away from me & spring clip at the top

The + terminal ( Blue/Green ) is on the right hand side : Pin 6 EDIS

The - terminal ( Blue/Yellow ) is on the left hand side : Pin 5 EDIS

I hope that helps, tis the best information that I have :)

If you have a generic VR sensor that has the same wire colours simply use a multimeter to identify each wire.
