Hi,
In the process of running the plumbing for the cooling system, I will be using silicone hoses.
Whats best - hose joiners with the raise lip or the ones that are grooved?
Was going to use straight pipework, but due to recent events, thought better of it (Hope you've recovered Ash & Ginge).
Probably not alot of difference, just wondered what ur using?:)

Im hard piping alot of mine so i can weld in T pieces etc where i want
Then just small connections from them to engine, rad etc with hose
I have put a run of weld around the end of the pipes agout 5mm in which should be as good as a beaded end

Cheers for the replies,
The plan was to get a long length of ali tube and get it beaded or machined, as I wanted a long length to clear the exhaust area.
But just found an 18" length on the net for not too much (I think), so that will do nicely.
I had to weld a couple of beads around my water pump pipework, don't fancy poaching myself.:D
I'll get some pics up when its fitted.
