It depends how your going to fix your seatbelts. 7/16th is industry standard. If you buy a belt with bolts on, they'll be 7/16th. If you buy a belt with clip on ends, then the eyebolts are going to be 7/16th aswell

You can buy seat belt stuff from these guys

Make sure you get UNF as I went into my local bolt shop and asked for 7/16 and got UNC didn't realise untill I got the top harness mounts from 3GE.

Hi Steve

Personally, I would use the 7/16" UNF fixings ;)

You should not have any problem getting that size nut, they are still in quite common use.

My local steel stockist keeps them at a cost of less than 10p each :)

Would have sent you some up but have only got 2 left

Event the completely metric Sierra uses 7/16" UNF for all the seatbelt mounts! I've put aside the bolts just in case and cut out some of the captive nuts of the rear seatbelt mounts to reuse on the roadster.

I used M10, as long as they are m8 or bigger your fine acording to iva book 7/16 is about 11mm for referance i made some adapters fancy steped washers to fill the oversize hole in the harnesses
