With using big discs all round on mine I was planning to use a servo assist system, not fully planned it out yet though.

TT,

All the Roadsters I have been in (2) and all the Roadsters I have seen in the flesh (er..the same 2!) have not had servo’s.

Even on damp northern roads Spuds car stops quicker than it accelerates.

You really don't want a servo in TT. With the weight of the car it really doesn't take all that much stopping and you would lose all the feeling through your brake pedal.

My car can quite easily lock its brakes on a warm track with the tyres hot, you can feel through the pedal the grip you have when braking, with a servo the brakes would just be on or off and you would lose a lot of feel.

It won't pass IVA with a servo fitted and standard brakes - it will be over braked. They use a pressure meter as part of the brake efficiency test, when I did my project2b it was close without a servo, with it it would have been well over braked and it was heavier than a haynes.
