Hi all
Has anybody got a rough idea of how many p clips are required for running brake/fuel lines (Is there a max. distance between clips) I have noticed you can get double stacked clips as well which look like a push to fit to chassis from car builder solutions. Are these IVA approved or would I be better off sticking with the rubber lined p clips and rivets?
Cheers Jake

The push in ones are much cheaper here (https://www.europaspares.com/BRAKE_PARTS/BRAKE_PIPE_and_FLUID/KNOCK_ON_BRAKE_PIPE_CLIPS_3818.html). I don't know if they are iva safe or not.

the ones i used are nylon p clips from maplin (http://www.maplin.co.uk/Module.aspx?ModuleNo=6236), they are cheap and i think they should be fine for iva. they are sold in packs of 100 which is enough as i still have a quite a few left over.

I'm not tight ;) but they seem mighty pricey!! Might just go down the mild steel route at half the price.
