Got 3 sheets of ali and started to make templates.
Car is now completely clad inside and out in white card.

Got my Capri clutch cable yesterday,trial fitted it today .Shorter than the sierra one and has a long adjustment thread to take up slack.A lot better than the sierra one. Good call Ash:)

Found my brake MC has been secretly leaking down the pedal box and floor - ruined the paint and made a right mess:mad:

The fuel filler neck from my donor Sierra is a good fit over the filler stub on my ali tank.
Is there any petrol resistant sealant I can use to fit it ?
If so my filler would be accessed by opening the top panel over the rear tub Would that be IVA acceptable ?
