Don't do it Johno, yours is a hugely inspiring build. Like Kev said, store it if you can and come back. Its too good to sell part finished :(

Please, don't sell it!

I thought about it, do I really need two nearly finished builds?, one at home, one up north at the GFs...... mmmmmm tempting.
How much £ do you think it needs on parts to get it finished?

Johno 14th November 2014 07:38 PM

Hi all,
I've really enjoyed building the car and learning a lot and it's been fun talking to all you guys :) .
Basically since my father passed away I have felt the need to spend all my free time with the children hence the reason at the moment for moving on.

What's left to do on the car....
Purchases
Seat (Kit parts direct) £100
Harness £90
Rear lights £100
Flexible brake pipes.
To be honest I think that's pretty much it.

Thanks johno, I know I shouldn't but am temped, does it start and roll? Which Luton are you, near Peterborough?

Johno 15th November 2014 05:43 PM

Hi Mike,
Haven't started it yet but donor car was a runner before putting it in Roadster.
I'm live in Lutton near Spalding Lincolnshire about 30 miles from Peterborough.
