looking good there Andy, very smart indeed
tho may i mention that you have TT12 slightly in the wrong place, its the top rail of the transmission tunnel above the clutch pedal area. ( just untack it & move it towards the passenger side to line up with TR5), hope you don,t mind me saying. cheers andy |

yeah i noticed that when i looked at the pic but didnt notice on the chassis lol could have sworn it was in line cant wait to strip it down any tips where to start tho? thanks Andy Andy |
:o i,ll be honest & admit i didn,t actually strip my donor, fellow forum member "Flyerncle" did it for me, long story :D
one tip that gets mentioned alot is to undo the rear hub nuts whilst the car is still on all 4 wheels on the ground, they are left & right handed threads by the way. enjoy the strip down , i ended up more or less just mopping the floor when my donor was stripped. :D cheers andy |
Go to Tesco's and buy a large box of Quality Street for a fiver, eat all the choccies then put every nut and bolt and fastener into the tin, even if you don't think they'll be required. It will always be the one that you threw away that you need.
