Alternator connections

Hi Guys,

Not been around for a while, but decided I need to get going with my car again.

My donor has had an engine swap from cvh to Pinto, how ever did the swap cut off the alternator connector.

After doing a bit information searching on the net, I got several different answer to reconnecting the alternator.

one search say I need to connect to cables to the battery via the 2 large spade terminals or 1 large cable via B+ post, which is fine.

I just look at the wiring diagram for my CBS fuse box, which say I should run a cable from the B+ post to the fuse box. But I don't remember there being any cables coming off the B+ post when I took everything apart.

Any suggestions
Terry
