Thanks Gary, the most dificult is yet to come which is to run the pipe through the trans tunnel for the rear, but we have no students in on Monday so hopefully I can spend time, measuring twice even three times before cutting.

Yes that bit caused a few head scratch moments when I did it, thinking ahead where are you mounting the reservoir, as it I found it easier to remote mount it, I had it on the m/c and tried different pumps, vacuums, manual , pressurised to bleed it and then gave up remote mounted it level with the top chassis rail and bled the system in minutes.
Hope you get on , on Monday and keep the updates coming :)

I am remote mounting it mate if you look at the ports where the reservoir should be you will two small ally adaptors that I have machined. They are basically a copy of the outlets of the reservoir but I have made both ends mirror images so that they will sit in the master cylinder and then the flexible will fit over the other end with a jubilee clip.
I'm planning on following the bulkhead up with a pipe going each side of the steering column p clipped in, but if you have any thoughts please feel free

sounds spot on and it WILL make life so much easier when it comes to bleeding them.

Cheers mate, if I can get the rest of the copper in early enough on Monday morning, I will try to get the front up-rights in the wheels on and on the ground so that I can measure the length needed for my braided flexibles and make them up.
I also need to make a push rod to go from the peddle box to the master cylinder and fit the handbrake, say it quick and it doesn't sound like much :D
