Nissan R200 diff
 

The R32 and r33 nissan skylines and 200sx plus a few others use a 200mm diff that comes in a 3.5 ratio. There a a lot of lower ratios 4, 4.1, 4.3 etc and they use a VLSD in many models. Weighs 27kg vs the 22 kg of the sierra diff. Axles come in a few different lenghts as well. :D
