Finished Car

For those of you who will not be able to get to Exeter kit car show to see it in the flesh, I thought I would upload a few pics.

The car is finished except for a little bit if trim on the seats etc.

Any comment appreciated, especially if you think I have missed something for iva.

Cheers

Gus

That is looking stunning Gus

A huge well done on building a very striking Roadster:cool:

May I ask what you have made the boot lid cover from?

Funny you should ask that Handy.

The first rear panel I had delivered from Triton got broken by TNT right above the cut out for the rear suspension. Mark made me a replacement & I got to keep the original.

Cut it up into a few pieces. Hey presto... boot lid :D

 I like it, & what a great way of using something that was damaged beyond its original intended use :)

Now where can I find an orange damaged tub???? Spuuuuuddd lol:D

Thats looks really good Gus, green and black looks nice together.

The only thing i would check is that you've got the 30deg forward on the front wings, they're probably okay but look a little far back.

Well Done...AndyH

Handy,

If you look at the second picture, you'll see a small orange repeater in the side of the rear wheel arch.

Spud,

The cycle wings were put on with markings on the wheels. Following some advice I had, I put a spirit level vertically down from the front of the arch, and it is in front of the metal parts of the wheel.
All I can do is wait and see. I think I have covered all areas, but there is bound to be something.

Cheers
