Rear lower outer wishbone bolt
As above what have you guys been using? long bolt or studding? and high tensile or not? Ray:)
|
i used high tensile studding, more so that i could adjust the length to my liking, personal preference i suppose.
andy:) |
I went to my local bolt man and bought a couple of allen headed
bolts the right length. Only cost a couple of quid each. I personaly don't like the idea of studding. (But that's just me.. ) And yes definatly H/T. Don't use B&Q rubbish. David |
It has been said by some that every root of the thread on studding or bolt is a possible failure point,so my personal view for something so critical would be Dogwood's long bolt. (nothing personal David !)

Ok will look for some really long bolts, Didnt think you could get them that long. thanks
Ray:) |
what about a good old fashioned rivet? Design it to have radi instead of sharp corners, sure to have no weak points.:p
