cuting sw1,2,3

right today while ive been in the garage ive been trying to get the cuts right on sw1 and sw3
i cut sw2 that was easy enough but i dont get how you cut the other two peices and get them to fit ok
it could just be me having a proper blond moment
but i never did understand compund angles and such like
also im after some 36 x 16 oval tube for my headlight brackets,i tried my local steel stockholders and they dont have anything like it

regards
steve

oval tube is used widely in furniture making, my local B&Q had it cost about £8 a meter

I used a very handy clothes rail which was being thrown out at work 👍

just gently squash a bit of round tube in a vice until it is oval;)

The material I got from ebay had a good wall thickness so I managed to mill through one edge, squeeze it and weld it back to create like a wing profile, i know no-one will see it but it one of the subtle little things i have done to try to make it different.
