Locostbuilders?

Anyone else having problems getting on the site?

skov 2nd February 2013 08:33 AM

Yep!

It was down for a while last week too, there was a post saying he had changed the hosting provider or something, and still needed to do some work to get it all working properly again, so I guess it's something to do with that.

Havent been able to get on it for last few days...

It's just come back again for me.
There's a post on there about large numbers of new members with odd names signing up all of a sudden, so looks like the spammers might be having a go over there now!

Really ?? There doesnt seem to be any such post on anything i have read, and doesnt appear to be any new users with odd names.

There was issues with the server provider and chris is working hard to get it all back up and running. Including sueing the original hosting company.

If you sort the member list by date there's about 4 pages of members that have signed up today alone!
Most of the new members names are just a jumble of random letters/numbers, but there's a few with things like 'casino' in the name.
Haven't seen any actual spam posts though.

Ben_Copeland 2nd February 2013 05:58 PM

Yes there is your correct, luckily they'll have not got through to the actual posting stage as chris wont have accepted them. Strange they remain on the list but i guess he's been busy and hasnt deleted them yet

Spammers ruining it for others again! They should come down hard on them and put them in the slammer!
