It's been a while since my last up date, so heres a few pic's
Only need a throttle cable and the cooling system sorted for a engine start up.
Just don't seem to get the time to do it, as i been to involved with this at the moment.
This how the car looks at the moment
I know what you mean about finding time, love of the colour of the roadster btw.
Youll be on the road in no time
Just done a volume test on my own designed petrol tank and it holds 55 litres not including fuel lines and filler neck. So pretty please with that.
On the subject of fuel tanks,i have found a tank which is 18" x 12" x 12" now i dont have my book with me so im wondering if this will fit ok with the saturn rear panel.
Love the look of the carbs, and there is more room than I thought there would be for them, so with that in mind I went out and bougtht one of the low profile manifolds so there should be bgs of room
looking good terry :)
now get on and finish it! so i dont beat you and finish my car first :D
As it's been 4 years since my last update, it's about time I did another one.
After been given a challenge by another member, I've got my finger out since Christmas.
It will be easier for me to say what I've got left do, so here's my list.
Finish wiring dash gauges,
Finish boot area when panel arrives ;) (Vmax)
Bleed Brakes and adjust handbrake,
Finish trimming inside the car,
Get the engine fine tuned on a rolling road,
Find new steering wheel,
Fit harnesses when i buy some at Stoneleigh.
Here's a few pic's and it has changed colour.
Hopefully everything will be completed by the end of June.
Looking good and liking the colour change.
Where did you get the aeroscreen from?
