Problems fitting 2.9 quick rack?
 

I tried fitting my 2.9 quick rack from Rally Designs last night. On the thinner passenger side mounting, I fit the thick plastic spacer, but when bolted down it was still loose, and there was no room to fit the thin spacer under the wider drivers side mounting. Am I doing omething wrong, or has anyone else had this problem?

I assume you are talking about alloy brackets?
If so then it sounds like you have the spacers the right way round.
They deff should not be loose. Mine fit fine.
