The racks are generally similar but the mk1 rack has imperial threads which won't fit the Sierra track rod ends.

Cheers

Chris :)

Hi, you could make your rack extensions with different threads either end and it should be fine remember the book extensions are too long

mk1 has a 1/2unf end people

I used a mark one rack on mine, they seem to be easier to get than the mark 2 ones and half the price. All you need to do is make your own rod extensions so they have a 1/2 unf thread instead of the metric one. I have not seen anyone offering extensions with an imperial thread so buying extensions will not be an option.
Enoch.
