Counter Sunk Pop Rivets for Floor

Going to put my ali floor in hopefully this weekend.
I'm sure I read the sides should use counter sunk pop rivets to give clearance for the side panels, what rivets have people used? and what countersink tool?
Cheers

good question, also i'm guessing the rivets have to be sealed rivets or do youuse normal ones and put some silicone in the holes??

Get the rivets from a decent nut and bolt shop and ask them where the price break is on quantities . Some times you you get 500 for the same price as 250 as an example. If you are doing a lot invest in a drill and countersink as one unit.

Can't find any countersunk rivets in screwfix?

a good deburing bit makes a great countersink in the drill
a large drill is useless as it has 2 cutting points and will make triangle shape countersinks
