I would rather not fit the front plate as i think it doesn't look right and i'm not fitting a stick on one.

It is against the law to not have a number at the front. Your car will have enough area to fit one so even if it was possible to get excemption, you wouldn't get it.

Just cos it looks crap doesn't mean you don't have to fit it unfortunately
