Brake pipe.

Just after you thoughts really,

already ran the front brake pipes as per book (to the brackets welded to chassis) before finding out that you cannot have a flexible hose running through the ali side.

I have now moved the mounting points to the ali sides (with reinforcement ring), but now one of the pipes is not long enough.

Do I replace the whole brake line or should I just put an inline joiner in and add the extra I need.

I think I know which way I might go, just wanted ideas.

Personaly Daz

I would make a new pipe .... Although I doubt a joiner would fail the IVA, the tester may find it less than ideal & might look closer to see if short cuts have been made elsewhere ;)

Cheers Ronnie,

I was leaning that way anyway, plus I can try again to get it above the chassis rail (near MC.

Anyone got spare brake line??? (Joking):D
