Protech shocks and mounts
 
I noticed that a few people the use protech shocks needed to trim the brackets back abit, how far do they need to be trimmed roughly do you all reckon?

Hi Jas....

take about 2mm to 3mm off the "inward" face of the bracket ( where the angle of the movement is in relation of the shock position to the car ) if that makes sense ?? :confused: :D

Thanks Andy, I Think i know what you mean, you want to trim the inside edge buy about that much? Would i be as well to wait until i have them in hand to do it?

I've had to do that with the gaz shocks and 3ge bones, I didn't realise untill they arrived.

I would wait untill you have them before you trim the brackets.
