Edge Trim - size & type

Looking at the price of edge trim is making my wallet shut tight :p

I was wondering what sizes/shapes/profiles people have used.

Been looking at this website http://www.technix-rubber.com/shop

They do this which would be ideal for alu panels - http://www.technix-rubber.com/shop/e...self-grip.html

But would that also fit over my fibreglass bits? At those prices it comes out about £0.62 per metre - half the price of buying in smaller quantities!
