Uploading iPad photos?

Hi everyone, I'd love to update you all with photos of my build so far but I only have an iPad and if I try to upload a picture it's too larger file?
Is there a way I can edit the photos to allow me to up,old them?

Store your pics on line eg Photobucket then use the image code to post on here.
Waiting here with bated breath (whatever that is) to see your pics.

There's also an app for the ipad for photobucket :)
