How is that band saw fairing, how many blades have you got through.

:o :D erm..........quite a few blades, but then again we do cut ALOT of steel, its a great bit of kit, spud & I like the fact that you can set it going doing a cut & go away to measure the next cut, sort of get into a rythem :cool:

with all respect to working within a tight budget ( budget is my middle name :D )............I would suggest that machine is not upto the job, ideally you want a GAS Mig, I got mine from a "for Sale" thread on the "Mig Welders Forum" for £50 & it even came with 2 pub style gas bottles.
If you can,t find a good 2nd hand mig then it,d be better to save up & buy a new GAS Mig, the Machine Mart Clarke 151 turbo seems a popular choice & will be able to weld anything to do with building a Roadster.
