For sale - Sierra/Zetec based Roadster Parts
 

Hi all,

It is with great regret that I am going to part way with my Roadster build due to buying a new house with no storage location. Ideally I'd like to sell it as a complete package but don't think I'll get anywhere near enough money back (open to offers if someobdy wants the complete car!)










I thought I'd post the items for sale on here to give any fellow builders first come first serve before stuff goes on fleabay.

All items are new and have typical marks from trial fitment only:

1. Full set front & rear 'Talon' Wishbones with red polybushes fitted. - £250
2. Fully welded Talon rear uprights - £75
3. Zetec Exhuast manifold (GBS sportscars) with 200Cell cat welded on - SOLD
4. Protech Shocks (250lbs & 350lbs springs) - £350
5. Alloy radiator & fan - SOLD
6. Set of 4 gold flexi brake hoses - £50
7. Alloy Fuel tank with sender fitted. Integral baffles and swirl pot. Pressure tested (ARF motorsport) - £150
8. OBP pedal box with two master cylinders and dual reservoir - £150
9. Carbon effect rear light kit - SOLD
11. New sierra rear calipers + carriers (painted gold), new discs and pads - PROVISIONALLY SOLD
12. Roll bar with harness mounts and rear stays (painted black) - £100

12. Chassis (fully welded) with saturn side panels bonded/riveted on. Finished with a robust 2 part chassis paint. Copper brake lines and copper fuel lines fitted. Aluminium floor and bulkhead bonded and riveted. Full set of white saturn bodywork with large bonnet vent. Bodywork would require spraying as it has minor imperfections - £650

Not new:

1. Prorace 1.2 alloys. Kerb marks have been repaired with aluminium filler. Need re-painting. Tyres need replacing - one has puncture - £150
2. Sierra front hubs (painted black) incl. offset ali. mushrooms, calipers (painted gold) and new grooved disks/pads - £100
3. Shortened sierra handbrake, handbrake cable and custom cable adjuster mechanism - PROVISIONALLY SOLD
4. Cobra Monaco S Seats - These have been narrowed to fit a haynes roadster. Few mark and a couple of repaired tears. Not too noticeable when fitted in a 7. Look great fitted - £90
5. Sierra steering column with key, sierra steering wheel and lower column to fit a haynes roadster - £90
6. Sierra Rear Hubs (painted black) & new bearings fitting - £75

It is a shame because it looks to be a very fine build, almost finished :( .

I know I will never be able to pay for the transport to France, but by curiosity (and it might interest others too), how much do you want for your Zetec + bike carbs ?

How old/mileage is the engine ?
