A question about front hubs

Ok this might be long winded but please bare with me. The steering rack on the sierra sits behind the front uprights and on the roadster it sits in front. Ok this where it becomes long winded, as you need to turn the uprights around so the steering arm points the other way do you need to change the stubshafts over so they are back on the side they started on as they are left handed and right handed threads. Hope this makes sense

The steering rack is in front on the sierra.

This is why the Sierra is used, because the layout is the same. Steering rack is in front on both cars.
