I have a Lathe :-D and another one now!!

Got myself a Pinical Excel lathe to mess around with. It came with loads of bits n bobs to keep me amuzed.

I'll get some picks up soon :)

You ought not to post things like this, I end up Ebaying late at night for all the things I want, but can't justify... ;)

Never heard of a Pinical Excel lathe but just the job for the garage.

Looks like a nice little workshop lathe. appears to have screw cutting facility too which isn't too common on little lathes. if it all works and runs true then I would say you got a good lathe there.

Nice little lathe you got Twin

I have a similar sized one (geared head) in my garage and is an indispensable tool in the build of my car and doing other stuff - bushes, switches etc were cut and turned on it.
See my thread posted "Coilover shocks - build your own" in chassis section what these little screw cutting lathes are capable of doing :)

Brilliant - ideal for turning out those little bits and pieces you find you need.
