Padded seat options...

I had hoped for fixed back 'race' seats - Sparco or Recaro - but most of them look too wide. I'd rather go for padded seats than plain GRP. These seem to be about my only option: http://www.midlandwheels.com/Shop/P-...ck-Piping.html

Are there any other options i've missed?

My distance between chassis rails is 450mm - not sure if this is book standard or a little narrower than usual...

These are another option a few have used, supposed to be not bad for the money.

Really like the look of these: http://www.sportseats4u.co.uk/cobra-.../prod_844.html

But a tad on the pricey side! Hadn't realised that GRP could be padded up like that though... Might take a closer look at GRP after all...

the mamba s7 seat from midlend, kitparts, kitspares only just fits width ways and is a copy of an old cobra seat

there is not much in its price that is padded tbh and its used buy loads of kit builders

Unpadded grp seats are surprisingly comfortable as well as light. I would suggest sitting in some different types before you make your mind up.
