Yup been using hss bits. The new ones I got to do the bigger final sized holes are fine, its the just the cheap ones that came with the drill for doing the initial holes that seem pretty rubbish. Off to b&q this morning to get some better ones and a blow torch to make bending the shock absorbers and back rails a bit easier
