I also have several lage fixing suppliers nearby, after all we have quite a tradition for marine engineering in these parts
When I organised the first group buy, I went round to them all armed with the best online quote I had .
The biggest of the companies ( Part of a national chain ) Claimed that they could net even buy the fixings in for the same price that I had been quoted !!?? ( Me, I didn't believe a word of it )
In these parts an offer of cash payment means nowt .... They prefer account holders so as they can screw you with their inflated pricing
