This you will not found in SA, believe me I tried for weeks. I used Cortina Mk 5 uprights in front and the top ball joint that fit is the Transit drag link.
I bought two from Brad at Locost SA as he is importing them - Cost R450 a pair plus postage.
I had the part number - is QH.... will look on the box tomorrow for the part number, but at the end it will cost more to import than to buy from the Locost guy. The ball joint cost about 9 pounds each if im not mistaken (I found them in England when I was searching at the time) but the postage is the killer but still wayyy over the R450 + R70 postage I paid for a pair and the risk of not receiving them
