Originally bought a set of similar rubber ones as pictured above by deezee but in the meantime found a set of these.
Luckilly we do not have all the IVA problems as you have and although my car is still under construction, it is already registered as a new vehicle
(no roadworthy needed) and paying licence fees. The sad is that my car is called something else but so what - someone helped me with papers and VIN
(actually highly illigal, but hey, this is South Africa, perhaps the most corrupt country in the world, the president perhaps the greatest fraudster ducking courts and have fall guys
