Hi Dave ....I took along my sierra's log book which is in my name, but I think anything with your name and address on it like your drivers licence or a utility bill
I think the womans name was Julia or Jullietta she is the only one there that seems to know what to do.....at first I was told I had to build the car then present it.....but I TOLD THEM
that this was incorrect and that other persons had been to this office and came away with a vin number so do not take no for an answer even if you have to wait.
