Cutting angles accurately is nothing special. While a bandsaw would help, sufficiently accurate cuts are easy to make with a metal chop saw or even a hacksaw. If you get it wrong, you can tweak it with a flap disk or a file. If it's unsalvageable, you set it aside and make another one. Chances are, soon you'll soon cut it up for shorter tubes.
