disconnect the battery warning light and see if it still runs on. chances are you need a diode in there. the mjolt and edis require far less power to keep the car running so alt feedback through the battery warning light becomes a problem. i had it on my car but it would only run on for 10 seconds max. there is a write up on how to cure it on the megasquirt website if i remember correctly.
