other than a poss prob with the front frame, can I ask if BR1 & BR2 are cut correctly? ( said with respect ),
what I mean is, when you marked out your build table did you mark out the position of the base rails THEN add 25mm forward for the front frame or did you include the 25mm of the front frame position?
sorry, i,m just bouncing my thoughts about here to try to solve the prob.
not doubting your work, just double checking possible hiccups.
