And I sway the accuracy the other way!

Cut all mine slightly erring on the long side, then ground down to fit snug. Means that it all fits nicely, but I've probably spent nearly £60 on cutting and grinding discs and thats before you consider the £150 for the steel. Deffinately should have gone flat pack

On the upside, I've used 2.5mm thick to counteract my possibly poor welding and large engine, so it all averages out in the long run. Doesn't it?
