I've possibly found my donor, 1991 1.8 cvh with 70k on the clock. Head refurbed a year ago, so no smoke. Looks nice and straight and genuine. A little pricey
but have negotiated down to £375 delivered to my door. That price includes 4 months tax which I'll be able to cash in for 50 quid
Just wondering if people think that's ok or a bit overpriced, and how much can possibly be made by selling doors, mirrors, lights, interior etc. to recoup some of the outlay
Really struggling to find a really cheap one without driving 200 miles and having to hire a trailer to get it home.
