Another vote for Dave @ Rogue engineering.

But, as you are in NZ, the postage might be high. It is possible to make them the hard way, with a vice and hammer, but they won't be that good. I did a couple, then fired off an email to Rogue.

I would imagine, the easiest/cheapest way to have some made would be to get a sheet metal place to make a U Channel for you, then you just cut to length for the individual brackets and drill.

Or, as nnrouty says, get some ERW and cut one side off (the side with the weld). If you have a ood band saw it could be made very neat, slice 1 side off of a long length in 1 hit, then cut to length.
