Can someone tell me where i can buy (online as i am in France) the 5” tube to made the RU5 tube for my uprights ?

Or a ready made pair of drum brakes uprights.
If you have the uprights to sell or you know where i can buy it, please, let me know.
I have a new, never used pair of disc brakes upright if you want to swap.
