do you mean you want to run no stat? i would not recommend it. it effects coolant flow in the head and block and you get hot and cold spots.
you used to be able to get flow correcting rings for old xflows and Aseries engines back in yester year but i don't think anyone bothers fitting them these days a stats are so cheap and reliable just run a colder one (88deg is the norm for most petrols and 82deg for diesels)

also there is no benefit going over 50% with coolant and anywhere from 25-50% is ok
