1472mm with the 10degree cut is correct as you say,
so
have you taken into account that TR1 & TR2 meet the REAR face of the front frame?
If you do, then may I ask if your front frame has the 75mm "lean back angle" created when making the front frame?
If so,
then don,t forget that TR1 & TR2 sit on the forward leading edge of the uprights U3 & U4, I think its U3 & U4 (sorry, not got my book with me at home).
