Fingers crossed for you snapper

The importance of good quality wiring can never be over stressed.

It is so often, very tempting to use scavanged wires for critical components .

EDIS 4

Yes indeed they do turn up from time to time on the bay.

The reason I was asking about suitable donors are two-fold .
Firstly if I can remove it myself, I get to have the plug, VR sensor & coil pack.
Secondly, If buying other things at the breakers at the same time, all of the above will be thrown in for next to nothing if not free.

Twas up the breakers last week. Needed an alternator for my nephews Mondeo.
Whilst I was about it, I removed a pair of good 2 litre Zetec cams to use on my 1.8 build.
Charged £10 for the alternator, cams thrown in for free !!?? Bargain.
