Hi Ronnie,
The Fireblade loom has a stabiliser in it, however, after talking with Martin Keenan, it appears that as the prop spins coming on for 4 times faster than the road wheel, the unit struggles to keep up.
We have relocated the sensor to the rear upright and stuck the magnet to the rear wheel.
On test the speedo is now accurate to 50mph (according to gps) and not wanting to draw attention to a little white car with no number plates, I will have to leave the 70 mph test to the drive to SVA on Thursday.
Anyway, I feel suitably relaxed about the test now. We'll keep you all posted.
