First put side on chassis then you can mark out the headlight/top shock mount hole...cut this but just big enough so the panel will slide further on then mark out next hole and so on...it's a doddle. When you have then all cut just big enough to wriggle the panel on you can try the 'bones etc and where you need extra clearance for bolts etc you can open up the holes...make then a nice groovy shape...same applies for the rack to poke out...then when you are chuffed to nuts with that side and as long as you have welded the brackets in the same place you can use the panel you ahve trimmed as a template for the other side........simples
